As a woman from a developing country with a compromised immune system, Grace had previously suffered from chronic tonsillitis, typhoid fever, pulmonary tuberculosis, amoebiasis and skin sensitivities. In learning to tap Mother Nature's resources, she took actions towards a healthy life away from highly processed and pesticide-laden foods, which helped her overcome these conditions. This experience, along with her knowledge as a mother and a nurse, enables Grace to help clients improve their diet and overall health.

Grace’s system works best in conjunction with good nutrition and healthy lifestyle.

In wholistic nutrition, we look into anything and everything. We consider the visible, the invisible, the tangible and the intangible.  Imagine the circle of life where everything (health, home environment, home cooking, relationships, social life, community involvement, inventiveness, creativity, spirituality, confidence building, education, career, physical activity and health) is interconnected and thereby affect each other.

When it comes to the actual food that you put on the table for you and your loved ones, optimum quality food (local, organic, grass-fed, good, clean, fair, non-gmo) make significant difference for your health, your family, your community, your nation, the world, the universe and beyond.

Imagine eating well, losing weight and feeling good about yourself. There are many edible organic plants and herbs waiting for you to call upon their healing powers.  Grace will gladly share the knowledge passed on to her from healers in the Philippines.

You will eat what’s energetically compatible for you and all beings because we are all interconnected. You will choose activities that make your heart sing.  You will have the courage to be different because it works for you.
