Ingredients:
5 oz (about 3 cups) or more raw organic baby greens (such as romaine, chard, kale, arugula, red oak,
spinach, etc.)*, **
2 carrots (organic or pesticide-free, medium size)
1 tomato (organic or pesticide-free, medium size)
1 stalk celery
½ avocado (organic or pesticide-free, medium)
1 cup purified water or a bit more (enough to blend the ingredients well)
2 capsules turmeric
1/8 tsp. Premier Pink Salt (or to taste)
Optional: 1 handful of organic cashews (or other nuts)

Quantum Nutrition Enhancers (pick one or two each day):
1 tbsp. Fiber Immune
1 tbsp. Whole Colostrum
1 tbsp. Whey Powder
1/8 tsp. Carnosine
1/8 tsp. Wild Pollen

Directions:
I find it easiest to blend the veggies first (tomato, celery and avocado) with the water. Blend until smooth in a TurboBlend. Then I add the greens bit by bit until all is well blended. Last, add the turmeric, salt and nutrition enhancers and blend well again.

*An excellent raw baby greens product is called Spring Mix (8 oz or 16 oz containers), which is distributed in many states (i.e. in Texas, it is distributed by HEB Central Market) at a reasonable price. The greens have been triple washed and are ready to use right out of the box. It contains a good variety of organic baby greens, including red romaine, green oak, red oak, green leaf, lolla rossa, little gem, Tango, green romaine, tat soi, baby spinach, red chard, red mustard, arugula, beet tops, frisse and radicchio.

** Once a week, add in an entire bunch of parsley, cilantro, basil or other culinary greens which is palatable to you. Although these greens do not taste as mild as baby greens, they offer a distinctive and delightful taste and assist in delivering a deeper cleansing effect due to their highly structured water properties in the fire element.
