Oregano is a plant medicine around the world. What is impressive with this oregano is the size of the leaf. It is almost as big as my palm. In my ethnobotany study, plants that grow in an environment that they feel safe (perhaps less polluted) opens up and grow bigger as if they feel free to express themselves. Oregano is popular for culinary, medicinal purposes and common ingredient in skin and hair products. It’s been scientifically studied with favourable findings as anti-parasitic and analgesic. The taste, the scent and the texture are enjoyable, soothing as well as pleasant.
