In my practice, no matter who I ran into, there is one common thing that each person has with others in their journey to health and wellness. Everyone’s wishing to have love and support. Luckily, others have their immediate family and/or friends. Sadly, others have no one unless they reach out to professionals who dedicated their lives to be of support to others. The journey seem to be easier, outcomes are manageable and favorable.

Here’s what a loving husband, age 60′s, has been providing his spouse since they got married but more so when she was diagnosed with colon cancer. Let the photos speak for you

This is his daily routine included in his busy schedule managing his business. They enjoy produce from local farms as much as they enjoy and take pride of their home grown lettuce, kale, Swiss chard, and nasturtium from their front-yard garden.

When I asked his wife, who is glowing on her golden years -50′s, what his ways mean to her, she responded, ” His support means everything to me and my health. Since he loves me and he loves to cook, the transition to healthier options went smoothly. We both feel that changing our diet had a huge effect on naturally curing the cancer. ”

As to this exceptional husband, this is what he has to say, “I’m comfortable and relaxed in the kitchen. It gives me satisfaction when people enjoy the food I cook. Helping others eat healthy has improved my own health. My cholesterol has gone down thirty points naturally.”

Do we need a scientific study for the correlation of love and health? Not to my knowledge. Invite and welcome love in your kitchen and wellness will follow you all throughout the days of your life.
